Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
4. House Rules
No smoking.
No pets.
Quiet hours from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests must respect the property and neighbors.
5. Liability
CP Getaway is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages to personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
6. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
7. Amendments
CP Getaway reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
